    First make sure you are using the Ulyaoth Go rpms that can be found here:
    https://www.ulyaoth.net/resources/go.72/

    In order to create a build environment please run the following commands as a non root user:
    Code:
    $ mkdir goworkspace{,/bin,/pkg,/src}
    $ vi .bash_profile

    Now make your .bash_profile look like mine, make sure to alter yours to add the go stuff do not just copy and paste it could break things.
    Code:
    # .bash_profile

    # Get the aliases and functions
    if [ -f ~/.bashrc ]; then
            . ~/.bashrc
    fi

    # User specific environment and startup programs

    PATH=$PATH:$HOME/.local/bin:$HOME/bin:/usr/local/go/bin:$HOME/goworkspace/bin
    GOPATH=$HOME/goworkspace

    export PATH
    export GOPATH
