Cannot start Kibana, what is the alternative for Reverse Proxy?

I follow exactly all steps of the tutorial (https://www.ulyaoth.net/resources/tutorial-install-logstash-and-kibana-on-a-windows-server.34/) but failed to start http://loghost.ulyaoth.net/ (HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found.)
The only step I do differently is "setup a reverse proxy in IIS to Kibana." coz my IIS version is 6 and I do not have URL Rewrite option. (The setup download is only work from version 7, I guess).
So I do try an alternative: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/gaurav/2013/11/11/urlrewrite-in-iis6-iirf/
I followed that steps and in my IIRF.ini (Location: D:\inetpub\wwwroot\IIRF ) I put:

    RewriteLog c:\temp\iirf
    RewriteLogLevel 5

    RewriteEngine ON

    RewriteRule ^/.*$ 127.0.01:5601
    RedirectRule ^/(iisstart.*)$ 127.0.01:5601

I don't know is it equivalent to things you do in Reverse Proxy part or not ... ?
If not what is the write things to put here ?
Btw, in case this is not the solution, what else can I try to make things work ?

Thank you very much for your help!

I am afraid I do not have any experience with that old IIS or such a way of doing redirects.
I can try ask tomorrow morning a colleague of mine at work if he knows I will let you know.
